Our purpose is to provide charitable support to the Waikato region that advances the interests of farmers, farming and rural communities – making our rural community a better place to live. Find out more about our funding priorities.
2027 Tertiary Scholarship
The Waikato Farmers Trust is pleased to announce the opening of its annual Tertiary Scholarship Programme.
There are three scholarships valued at $7,000 each and are available to students from the Waikato (Waikato Regional Council boundary) who are undertaking tertiary study in 2027 in agriculture-related disciplines within New Zealand.
Applications close on 30 November 2026, and successful applicants will be notified by 23 December 2026.
